Last week Cape Town hosted the finals of World Class, the drinks industry’s most prestigious and respected mixology competition.
Tess Posthumus, the representative from The Netherlands, made a cocktail using Caperitif!
Here is her recipe:
45ml Zacapa rum
10ml homemade apricot chutney (strained and slightly spicy but give Mrs. Balls a try and see if that also works)
1 dash Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters (Fee Brothers)
– stir and strain into a pre-chilled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange zest and biltong.
