Q: How do you drink Caperitif?
A: How ever you want to.
We start with ice and tonic water (which is why we make a Cape version called Swaan).
It is a Vermouth so it is
low in alcohol (’cause of the wine base),
quenching (’cause of the bitters and citrus),
refreshing in taste (cause of the herbs and fynbos)
Day time drink. Serve as arrival welcome drinks, by the pool or with brunch…
